Sunday’s walk through the park during summer-like weather.
There is a hidden lane that joins Melville and Metcalfe avenues that is filled with flowers. Across the street, lies Westmount Park, filled with autumn colours.
Saturday afternoon’s walk along the park:
It is not clear, in my mind, what is growing in the park’s lagoon. I recall, in years past, this was a habitat for the pond’s ducks with a ladder for their entry. Is this a result of neglect or a conscious decision?
